1. What DealsCart is
DealsCart (dealscart.net) collects and shows offers published by third-party stores such as Amazon, Jumia, AliExpress, eBay, Walmart, Konga and Takealot. We are not a seller. Every purchase happens on the store's own website or app, under that store's terms.
2. Prices and availability
Prices, discounts and stock are set by each store and can change at any time. We check prices regularly but cannot guarantee a deal is still available when you open it.
3. Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.
4. DealsCart Plus
DealsCart Plus removes ads from the app. It is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Subscriptions are processed through the platform stores and managed with RevenueCat.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app or website, scrape its content, or interfere with its normal operation.
7. Liability
DealsCart is provided as is. We are not responsible for products, delivery, returns or disputes with third-party stores.
